1. The service
Vitox HQ builds, licenses and maintains an SMM panel website for you (the "client") on your own domain. Each panel runs under a licence key we issue.
2. Licence
- One licence key is valid for one panel on one domain. It activates on first install and locks to that domain.
- The licence may not be copied, resold or moved to another domain without our approval.
- We may suspend or revoke a licence for non-payment or misuse.
3. Fees
- A commission of 5% of your monthly Add-Funds revenue.
- A flat maintenance fee of ₹399 per month, paid in advance.
- Bills are due within 2 days. If unpaid, the customer-facing site pauses until the bill is cleared; your admin panel stays available and no data is deleted.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own pricing, your customers and for following the law in your region.
- You are responsible for the content and services you sell through your panel.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Brief maintenance or outages may occur.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the panel.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of your panel means you accept the latest version on this page.
