Privacy Policy

Who we are

Vitox HQ provides and maintains SMM panel websites for resellers ("clients"). This policy explains what information we handle and how.

Information we collect

• Application details you submit — name, phone/email, brand and the domain you plan to use.
• Panel operation data reported by each licensed panel — totals only, such as monthly revenue figures, customer counts and order counts. We do not collect your customers' personal data.
• Technical data such as the panel's domain, version and IP, used to keep the service secure and running.

How we use it

• To review applications, set up and support your panel.
• To calculate and send your monthly bills.
• To keep the service secure and detect misuse.

What we do not do

We never sell your data. We never collect or store your customers' personal information. Payment details you enter stay with your payment provider.

Data retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your panel is licensed, and as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or remove your application details by contacting us through the Contact page.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version always lives on this page.
