How refunds and billing adjustments work.
Monthly maintenance is paid in advance and covers that month's hosting guidance, updates and support. As it pays for a service already provided over the month, it is non-refundable once the month has begun.
Commission is a share of revenue you have already earned, so it is likewise non-refundable.
Any advance balance you keep with us that has not yet been applied to a bill can be adjusted or returned on request, minus any amounts already due.
If you believe a bill is wrong, contact us within 7 days and we will review it. Genuine billing errors are always corrected.
